Why should I register?

Signing up with Membership Toolkit is not the same as joining the PTA.

 

Membership Toolkit is the service that empowers us to make purchases, complete paperwork, and coordinate our volunteer efforts —all online. The goal is to save time, and work together more smoothly!

 

Once registered, you can:

  • Join our PTA (and pay dues) online
  • Sign-up to receive important communications
  • Complete your directory information
  • Volunteer
  • Donate
  • Purchase spirit wear
  • Access the online directory and app (for PTA members only)

In a few easy steps, update/ create an account to pay required classroom dues and join the PTA!

This website is easiest to use on a desktop.

 

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

1.  Click LOGIN on the top right corner of the page (on a desktop or mobile device),

     or select MY ACCOUNT (from the drop down menu in the app).

2.  Click CREATE ACCOUNT under New User.

3.  Complete the form.

4.  We will send you an email to verify your email address.

     Check your email to complete the process.

5.  Click the link in the email message. Follow the instructions.

 

HOW TO CHECK OUT TO PAY DUES:

1.  Add all your items to your cart, such as Classroom Dues, PTA Membership,

     and a donation to Stock the Pantry. Make sure to update the Quantity of each.

2.  When you are done, click SHOPPING CART in the top red banner of the page

     (on a desktop or mobile device), or click on the cart symbol (on top right corner in app).

3.  Review your cart and click PAY NOW WITH CREDIT CARD.

     To pay by check, click PAY LETTER and then click PLACE ORDER.

     Checks should be made payable to "Vaughn PTA" and dropped off at front office.
