Vaughn PTA's mission is to work with families, teachers and community partners to ensure each student has access to the best school experience possible.

In the past, your support of Vaughn PTA has helped:

• Start and expand the Innovation Lab.
• Enhance school security and campus upgrades.
• Provide privacy and safety window wraps on the Cafeteria windows.
• Double the guided reading library.
• Bring hands-on science programming to each classroom.
• Host New York Times best-selling children’s authors, anti-bullying assemblies, BMX Red Ribbon Week program, Dinosaur George, Dr. Recess, Olympian Johnny Quinn, Hip Hop with a Poppin Message, Wildlife on the Move and more.
• Purchase more than $10,000 worth of gym equipment, recess toys and brain break activities.
• Make possible programs and events such as Watch D.O.G.S., Culture & Arts Night, Green Team, Walk & Run Club, Walk/Roll to School Day, Wellness Night and Diverse Abilities Day.
• Purchased technology for classrooms, including iPads and Chromebooks.
